  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

  1. SHIPPING

Estimated shipping time is 3-8 business days. Delivery times are estimated, and we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.

  1. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Refund (only applies to warranty and right of withdrawal cases):
  • By bank transfer (savings account, checking account, or cash savings): This will be processed approximately five business days after receiving the product back at our warehouse.
  • By reversal of payment: fifteen business days after receiving the product at our warehouse. This reversal will be borne by your bank. Any questions should be directed to them.
  • Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of the exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products with equal or lower value than the original. Any difference, if applicable, will be issued as a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If an exchange is not available, the value of the product(s) will be provided in the form of a coupon for a new purchase.
  • Coupon for a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).
  1. Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original price, and the difference, if applicable, will be provided in the form of a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If an exchange is not available, the value of the product(s) will be provided in a coupon for a new purchase.
  2. Coupon for a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).

5.2 PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The product must be returned in optimal condition, with no signs of use, with the original tags attached, or if they have already been removed, you must place them in the packaging. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will verify its condition and, based on the results, we will send you a new product or give you a coupon for a new purchase.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will be used only to process your order and improve your shopping experience.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
